Long time no see

It has been quite a while since I sat down and contributed to this account again. 

Have I stopped birding? Never!  

Do I not have any content to write about? NO!

The trouble is from the fact that I have so much to write about that I find myself in front of a sheer wall grown tall of all the adventures life has sent my way over the past few years! So much has happened and so much is happening. Birdwatching in Pakistan got so good that I travelled to ends of the Country where I would only dream of before and rediscovered birds that I had dismissed from the Appendix of Books and Field guides. The Lifelist grew to over 500!!

For quite some time, the author of this blog has grown a highly toxic and dangerous habit of guilt-tripping oneself for not being able to write more about what they are out seeing and exploring. I have gone through the episode of pushing myself to be consistent about something I struggle with always and that sends me down a rabbit hole. So is this another attempt at setting a promise to do better? Heck no. I might sound cocky when I saw this but I would rather be out there exploring, watching, getting IDs wrong, getting dust in my Binos, getting mugged on gunpoint (literally been there done that) than sitting down and persuading myself towards something I do not feel like doing.

Does this mean is this the end of the Blog? NO sir. Here's to spontaneous posts on Birds and Birdwatching in Pakistan whenever the times are right :)
